Optoma UHZ36STe Projector
Product Description:
The Optoma UHZ36STe is an excellent 4K UHD short throw laser projector for golf simulator setups where image quality, brightness, and responsive gameplay are important. It offers 4,000 ISO lumens brightness, true 4K UHD resolution (3840 × 2160), a long-life DuraCore laser light source rated up to 30,000 hours, and low 4.40ms input lag at 1080p/240Hz for responsive simulator play. It also features a dedicated Golf Sim Picture Mode for realistic greens, blues, and course details. With a short throw ratio of 0.496:1, it can be mounted close to the impact screen, helping to reduce shadows and making it particularly suitable for compact golf bays. However, its fixed zoom limits mounting flexibility, and input lag is higher when operating at 4K resolution.
Pros: True 4K UHD resolution, bright 4,000 ISO-lumen image, short 0.496:1 throw ratio, low 4.40ms input lag at 1080p/240Hz, dedicated Golf Sim Picture Mode, 30,000-hour DuraCore laser light source, HDR and HLG compatibility, 24/7 operation, 360° installation, IP6X dust protection.
Cons: Fixed zoom limits mounting flexibility, higher 24.7ms input lag at 4K/60Hz, requires a powerful gaming PC to take full advantage of 4K resolution, limited optical image adjustment flexibility.
