Initial Setup Guide

To set up your GC3S, begin by plugging in the power adaptor and pressing the power button to switch the unit on. Once powered, you’ll be prompted to connect to the internet either via Wi-Fi (select your network and enter the password) or by using a wired Ethernet cable connected to your router or PC. Position the launch monitor approximately 16–24 inches from the hitting zone, ensuring it’s level with your hitting surface or mat.

When powered and connected, scan the QR code displayed on the screen to register your device and activate your subscription. The GC3S status light shows its mode steady blue when ready to hit, and green when club tracking is enabled. Once the ball is correctly positioned in front of the device and the indicator shows ready, you’re set to start hitting shots and viewing data through your GC3S or connected FSX software.

The GC3S has a lower upfront price but requires an annual subscription for full features. The standard GC3 costs more initially but includes all features and software with no ongoing fees.
