Where we deliver

SimSpace Golf ships worldwide, subject to courier availability, product restrictions and local import rules.

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Some products may be restricted due to size, weight, courier availability, supplier restrictions or local customs rules.

Delivery services

We use different delivery services depending on your location, product size and the warehouse your order is shipped from.

USA delivery

Orders within the United States are usually shipped from our US warehouse in Indiana using UPS Ground.

Estimated delivery time: usually 2–5 business days
Coverage: available across the United States, although additional charges may apply for remote areas

UPS Ground provides reliable nationwide delivery with tracking available throughout the journey.

UK delivery

Orders within the United Kingdom are usually shipped using FedEx® Priority.

Estimated delivery time: usually 1–2 business days
Coverage: available across the United Kingdom

FedEx® Priority is a fast, trackable delivery service operating on business days.

EU delivery

Orders within Europe are usually shipped from our warehouse in Germany using FedEx International Economy®.

Estimated delivery time: usually 2–5 business days
Coverage: available to the majority of countries in Europe

FedEx International Economy® provides trackable delivery and, where available, helps support smoother customs clearance.

Rest of world delivery

For countries outside the USA, UK and Europe, available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination, courier service, product size, customs rules and local import requirements.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, order weight and selected delivery service.

Any available shipping options and charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas, oversized items, heavy products or destinations requiring specialist courier services.

Dispatch and order processing

Orders are dispatched once payment has been authorised and the item is ready to ship.

Orders are usually dispatched on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If an item is delayed, unavailable or requires a different delivery arrangement, we will contact you with the available options.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment through the courier’s website.

Courier notifications may also be sent by email or SMS where available and where contact details have been provided.

Customs, duties and import charges

For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, clearance fees or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where possible, any applicable charges will be shown at checkout. However, some charges may be applied by customs authorities or delivery providers after the order has been dispatched.

Customs checks may delay delivery. SimSpace Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import procedures.

If a customer refuses delivery because of customs, import or clearance charges and the parcel is returned to us, any refund may be reduced by delivery, return, customs, clearance or handling charges incurred.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs checks, public holidays, stock availability or remote delivery locations.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly state that a guaranteed delivery service applies.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@simspacegolf.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If a courier cannot deliver, they may attempt redelivery, leave a notification, deliver to a safe place, or make the parcel available for collection depending on the courier’s service.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or failure to collect, redelivery may require an additional delivery charge.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window has passed, please check your tracking information first.

If you still need help, please contact us at orders@simspacegolf.com and we will investigate with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, details of the issue and photos of the damaged packaging or product where possible.

Please keep the packaging until we confirm the next steps.
