Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

30-day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn, where applicable
  • With tags, where applicable
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

You are responsible for looking after the goods while they are in your possession.

We may reduce or refuse a refund if the goods have been used, damaged, handled more than necessary, returned incomplete, or returned in a condition that affects their value.

Warranty and repairs

Opening, modifying, tampering with or attempting to repair your item in any way may result in the immediate voiding of your warranty.

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us before attempting any repair or inspection yourself.

How to start a return

To start a return, please email orders@simspacegolf.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The item or items you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Your contact details
  • Photos or videos of the issue, where relevant

Please wait for us to confirm the return details before sending the item back.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they arrive back with us.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise an issue caused by us, SimSpace Golf will cover reasonable return postage where applicable. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

Please email orders@simspacegolf.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue, where possible

We will review the issue and confirm the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.

Returned faulty goods may be inspected before a refund, repair or replacement is confirmed.

Exchanges

We do not usually offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

If a replacement is agreed because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise accepted by us, we will confirm the next steps with you.

Items that cannot usually be returned

Certain items cannot usually be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items, unless faulty or otherwise required by law
  • Custom, personalised or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been opened, modified, tampered with or repaired by the customer
  • Items not returned in their original condition or original packaging
  • Items returned damaged, used, incomplete or handled more than necessary
  • Perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, where applicable

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you usually have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification.

This does not remove our standard 30-day return policy where it applies.

As above, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn where applicable, with tags where applicable, in its original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to process and show the refund in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at orders@simspacegolf.com.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You may have additional rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.
