Price Match Policy
At SimSpace, we are committed to providing exceptional service and competitive pricing to all our customers. We stand by our prices, and if you find one of our products at a lower price elsewhere, we will gladly match it.
Please review the following terms and conditions. If your product meets these criteria, please contact us at customerservice@secondchance.co.uk. When you email, be sure to include the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number
- Product Brand
- Product Model
- Details of where the product is being sold
- Product Price
Price Match Policy - Terms & Conditions
- Authorized Retailers Only: The competitor must be an authorized UK retailer, not a private seller (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
- Proof of Price: Customers must provide evidence of the price to be matched (e.g., product listings, shop contact number, etc.).
- Discount Codes: Our price match policy may include discount codes as advertised by competitors.
- Product Condition: The matching product must be brand new, in its original sealed box, and come with a comparable guarantee/warranty.
- Identical Product: The matching product must be identical, with the model number verified.
- Availability: The matching product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 1 week.
- Pre-Order Completion: The price match policy is only available before the order is completed and will not apply once the sale has taken place.
- Non-Transferable: The policy is non-transferable and cannot be used with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
- Limitations: The price match policy is limited to one use per consumer/household per month.
- Right to Decline: SimSpace reserves the right to decline any price match request.
We aim to respond to your price match request within 1 to 2 working days. If successful, a member of our sales team will contact you to discuss further. If we are unable to match the price, we will provide a clear explanation via email.
