Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Placing a pre-order allows you to reserve a product before its official release or availability date. When placing a pre-order, a valid payment method is required. Depending on the product or promotional offer, you may be charged either the full amount or a percentage of the total price as a deposit. In some cases, we may place a temporary pre-authorisation hold to confirm your payment details. Any remaining balance will be charged when your item is ready to dispatch or on the specific date stated on the product or offer.

Please ensure your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds prior to the release or payment date to avoid cancellation. Release dates and delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, supplier, or courier delays. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will notify you by email.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item enters the dispatch process. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, each will be charged and dispatched separately as they become available.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and authorise us to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the product or offer details when your item is ready to dispatch or on the specified date.
